Christian Counseling in Mint Hill & Charlotte

Licensed, professional counseling with your faith welcome in the room. In person in Mint Hill, or by telehealth anywhere in North Carolina.

What Christian counseling means here

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and my counseling is Christ-centered. You get professional, licensed care, and if you’d like, scripture and prayer can be part of our work together, along with practical tools for change.

You decide how much faith is part of your sessions. Some people want to pray together and talk about where God is in a hard season. Others simply want a counselor who shares their values and won’t dismiss what they believe. Both are welcome.

“Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.”

Zechariah 4:6

Who I see

  • Individuals going through anxiety, depression, grief or a painful season
  • Married and engaged couples, including premarital counseling
  • Children ages 10 and up, teens and parents, including child and teen counseling
  • Grandparents and blended families
  • Pastors and ministry families
  • People recovering from divorce, or remarrying

You don’t have to be a Christian to see me. I welcome everyone, and we’ll talk together about whether and how faith fits into your counseling.

Experience you can lean on
